Cosmic Energy Connections means more to me than I can describe in words, in my work as a therapist and coach. CEC is a wonderful and powerful tool to work with. It enables my clients to get in touch with their true feelings and above all their soul and essence. To make this connection from my heart and soul to another soul feels like coming home. This is ALL that it is about. For several years I have been coaching and counseling people. Seeing my clients grow and being more aware of their inner strength is a gift. It sheds a clear light on our spiritual path. My own path was unknown to me for a long time. I felt very lost and alone. Since I followed my heart and an education as a spiritual therapist I have made a powerful connection with my inner self. All my thoughts and fears were bigger in my head than they were in reality. To acknowledge and accept my fears, to face my fears, was the greatest gift I could give myself. Acceptance of ME who I AM. It is an invitation to everyone to open up. Open up to just the way YOU ARE. I feel grateful to share my life and work with my partner Frank who is also a CEC Teacher, therapist and coach. CEC is not a part of my life it is my way of living. CEC was and is the beginning of my journey. I know now that I have never been alone, I was always guided and so are you. We are never alone.

In the beginning of my life I had been sick alot. I suffered from all sorts of unexplained infections and stress. I know now that it was hard for me to be here in this world. I realised that I could not go on living like this and I began an education as a spiritual therapist. It felt like coming home to me. The start of awareness in my unconscious behaviour and convictions. To allow yourself to be who you are in essence is confronting, sad and beautiful to experience all your own emotions and aspects. It is a learning process to just look at yourself and listen, allowing yourself to make mistakes along the way. There are no mistakes. They are gifts on our path. CEC has enabled me to make a deeper connection within me, my soul and all my aspects. Experiencing love, joy and the letting go of old emotions in this way has empowered me to be from my true essence.

Wholeness becomes Oneness.
